The container is divided into two sections: the front section contains the insulated cure chamber where the products are housed, while the rear section contains a control room with the individual devices, such as a hot air generator, moisturisation system, drying unit, air circulation and/or water softening unit, as well as a control panel from which the different components can be controlled.
In order to be able to comprehensively test all parameters and thus select the right concrete curing method for your individual product, we provide you with various test programmes in our experimental container. You can also test your own programmes and combine different components with one another. During the test series, all values such as humidity, temperature or time are precisely recorded and archived, allowing you to analyse and evaluate the entire test sequence at a later date.
