Air circulation

When manufacturing concrete products, the problem of droplet formation inside the curing chambers often arises, which quickly causes tarnishing on the products. Or else, colour differences occur in the products, often caused by an uneven temperature distribution inside the chamber.

In such cases, we recommend installing our CureFlow air circulation system in the curing chambers. The reason for this is that if the air remains in constant motion, the moisture it contains no longer has a chance to form droplets inside the chamber or to settle as condensation on cold surfaces. Likewise, a well-designed air circulation system ensures that the chamber air is constantly being mixed so that no temperature stratifications can occur.
